Under this program Sun City Lincoln Hills residents are able to borrow mobility equipment, such as canes, crutches, walkers, non-electric wheel chairs or transport chairs, at no cost for a period of up to one month for their own use or that of their visitors. Personal equipment items, such as shower chairs, toilet seat risers or chairs, and electric equipment are not available under this program.

  Call the message center (916-223-2763) to request a loan. I&R will return your call.  Once your request is entered into our system, a Medical Equipment Volunteer (ME) will contact you within 24 hours (sometimes sooner) to arrange a delivery time to your home.  At the end of your loan period, just call us again and a ME will be assigned to call you and arrange for pick up of the equipment.

 

  This program offers both newly purchased and gently used donated equipment.
